BLACK BEAR TRAN TO-4 OILS
BLACK BEAR TRAN TO-4 OILS are premium quality lubricants specially formulated to meet both Caterpillar TO-4 and Allison C-4 (SAE 10W and 30 viscosity grades) requirements. These fluids are designed for use in power-shift transmissions, final drives, hydrostatic transmissions, torque converters and hydraulic systems of Caterpillar equipment. BLACK BEAR TRAN TO-4 OILS provide substantially improved friction and antiwear performance compared with older API CD/TO-2 fluids.
Lower viscosities offer good low temperature pumpability reducing time from start-up to production. Advantage TO-4 Transmission Fluids have a balanced static and dynamic friction coefficients which optimize clutch-friction retention and slippage control.
Significant improved clutch life compared to the best API CD/TO-2 engine oils. Increased levels of anti-wear and load carrying capabilities resulting in reduced gear wear and extended life in transmissions. Excellent form control protection, thermal and oxidation stability resulting in top performance in wet brakes, excellent control of brake chatter, outstanding hydraulic oil stability and protection against high-pressure pump wear .
